hi mga sis, question for my mother, nagloan kasi siya sa isang lending company sa Ortigas, then di nya nabayaran may kulang pa siya...now nakareceive siya ng summons from Pasig MTC Branch 72...sa Jan 22 ang hearing..ano ba dapat nya gawin bukod sa pagpunta dun sa korte. Kelangan din ba nya ng lawyer na sarili? Thanks in advance.
