^yes it is Pero may mg ibang ingredients na isasama. Post ko na Lang dito di naman siguro bawal.

PALABOK

One cup of mashed tokwa - Mash the whole tokwa with a fork then set aside.
One cup of flaked smoked fish, set aside.
One cup of chicharon flakes, set aside.
One cup of small, shelled and deveined shrimps, set aside.
One cup of thinly sliced celery stalk, set aside.
One-half cup of minced spring onion, set aside.
Four eggs – Boil them and slice as desired, then set aside.
Four slices of pork - Boil with just enough salt to taste, then drain and slice into thin bite-size pieces, set aside.
One clove of garlic - Mince, brown lightly in little oil and then set aside. If you want more, feel free to add.
Three pieces of garlic, chopped (pang-gisa).
One medium onion, chopped (pang-gisa).
One-half kilo of bihon, soak in water, then drain and set aside. (Dito kasi, walang bihon so ang ginamit ko as sotanghon, okay din naman.)
Two packets of Mama Sita’s Palabok Mix, dissolve in five (5) cups of water, add a teaspoon of chicken stock (kung meron).  Mix very well, set aside.

Hayyyy, now you are ready to cook – which is actually the easiest part.

Stir fry (or saute’) garlic, then add onion.  Put in all of the shelled shrimps, all of the mashed tokwa, and half of the flaked smoked fish, and keep stirring until cooked, maybe 5 to 10 minutes.  Then pour in the dissolved Palabok Mix, allow to simmer and keep stirring until the consistency is just fine.  Huwag masyadong malapot, at huwag din masyadong malabnaw.  (Mas maganda pa nga iyong medyo malabnaw.  Kung gusto ninyo, maghiwalay ng already cooked sauce at gawing malapot and use that for topping.)  Set side.

Boil water with chicken stock, then add the bihon and cook until just done. Drain.  Pour in the cooked Palabok sauce, mix well and place in a platter.  Arrange the garnishment on top – more sauce (if any), pork, egg, the other half of the flaked tinapa, spring onion, celery and chicharon.
