^sis cosmochick, may tinuro yung officemate ko simple chicken teriyaki-ish recipe...

-chicken
-breading mix
-oyster sauce
-hoisin sauce
-sesame oil
-sesame seeds na lightly toasted sa pan
-finely chopped garlic

fry the breaded chicken til done, or you can use leftover fried chicken...yung sauce, mix lang lahat yung hoisin sauce, oyster sauce at sesame oil, depende sa panlasa mo if you want it sweeter pwede mas madami hoisin or you can add honey...lagay un chopped garlic...idi-dip yung fried chicken sa sauce mixture just enough para ma-coat ng sauce yung chicken pieces, wag daw tagalan para di umalat, then sprinkle with sesame seeds...

ready to serve with rice

Thanks for the detailed recipe; I was just looking for something special to cook for dinner tonight. Honestly, it's a whole problem for me to come up with a dish to cook. Simple pasta and potatoes are already tired. I want something light and unusual. Now, in the heat, we don't want to eat meat products at all. So, we buy fish more often. Desserts and pastries are especially popular with my children nowadays. I found some interesting baking recipes on Chopnotch, and I cook something new every week. For real, I was delighted to see your recipes to diversify the main dishes.
