I need advices!

Hi! I?ll try to make this short, I ate a lot of chocolate cake with whipped cream at breakfast, and that was like 504 calories. I?m using MyFitnessPal and I can eat only 1200 calories per day, I usually can do that but sweet food is my weakness, I really tried not to eat the cake but I couldn?t. Now I?m going to do excercise (I do it 4 times a week, like a day yes, the next day not, the next day yes and so on) and tomorrow I have my grandma?s birthday and I know there?s going to be a lot of junk food and a cake and I feel so anxious about it bcs I know I would feel bad if a eat it but i would struggle a lot to not eat it too. What should I do today and tomorrow? Any advices?
