Mga sis, question lang. My partner is OFW and we are planning to apply for Marriage License sa January 2020. Kelangan pa ba niya mag-secure ng CEDULA? Pwede kaya kung saan na lang kame magffile or dun sa mismong hometown niya? And if ever how much yung idedeclare niya.. Sana may makasagot. Hindi ko kasi makontak yung LCR where we are planning to apply e. Hindi rin ako makapagleave since crucial days na dahil patapos na yung taon.

Following this thread. Sa totoo lang, sumasakit na ulo ko pag nagtatanong ako ng Venue and church rates..

We're not after super bonggang wedding. We just want it to be simple and memorable. We are practical and we don't want to splurge for just a one day event.

Kaso lang sumasakit na ulo ko sa kakahanap ng suppliers. I have seen a lot of all-in wedding packages na 80-100k lang. Ok na samin yun since hindi naman ako particular sa mga photo & video, invitations, florist, stylist, souvenirs, etc. but the venue and church rates, dun kami nahihirapan..

Yung church, my parish in Makati is actually offering the wedding ceremony for free. However, ang mahal ng venues sa Makati. May nakita naman akong church sa qc around 13,500 but again, wala pa kaming makita na affordable reception venue. 😭

Help mga sis. Baka may alam kayong affordable venues, mga less than 20k lang sana.

New here! 2021 bruha bride but I already started planning. We just want an intimate wedding with a total of 70 guests, but I'm overwhelmed with the amount of money we have to shell out.

We initially thought 300k is enough since it's going to be a small celebration, but with how I'm estimating the budget, umaabot ng 400k? Is this normal? Is it normal to get 100k for wedding styling alone?

I'm surprised lang kasi I thought malaki matitipid namin since we really limited the guests to 70. Anyone else here who had a small intimate wedding who's willing to share her thoughts? Thank you!

Hi future brides. 2021 bride here. Anyone here booked at Palacio De Maynila? We are considering to sign with them but I'm a bit hesitant because of the very bare draped ceiling. Parang need pa sya i-style and I'm worried that getting additional styling will take up huge amount of our budget.

Hi everyone, Any antipolo brides to be here? I'm getting married on April 4 2020,

I was able to get a weekend slot at PIHM. May nagbackout so I grabbed it. So happy! My theme is rustic garden, and gusto ko simple lang lahat.
I am also a wedding supplier so mejo madali na yung selection of choices for me.  I' choosing those whom Ive worked with na.

Right now I am looking for a affordable reception venues: Here are my choices and some on my shortlist:
L' Aquinium - good package with catering
Firefly Ridge - perfect place for a garden setup, though hindi pa fully constructed yung place. It's  1 minute away from the venue.
Jardin de Marimar - nice garden, I'm just not excited over the corkage on photographers and coordinators.
Mango Farm - nice, but too expensive for me, considering mejo malayo na sya sa ceremony venue

Anyone attending the Weddings & Beyond Bridal fair this weekend? I used to participate in expos like this. Now, I'm a bride!

Depende sa peg mo sis (peg sa styling/photo/video/caterer etc) pag kilala at magaling for sure mahal. samin kase 120pax ang paid namin sa caterer pero 100 pax lang talaga guests namin baka mas onti pa pumunta. magagastos namin all in (DIY) 250K sobra na yan. NO SDE video(ilang kami mag awra awra sa video  ) sa styling naman iisa supplier ko ng flowers sa ento at ceremony as in super simple lang ng peg ko parang basic styling ganun. tapos sa reception wala ng ceiling styling kase ok na kami sa ceiling nung venue since parang intimate wedding lang din peg namin. yung stage styling lang pinaupgrade namin sa caterer.

We have 5 months until the wedding, kaso wala pa ako nabobook na emcee. I wanted atom ungson sana, kaso booked na sya. Are there any other recommendations with similar style? Gusto ko yung natural lang ang eloquence, hindi exag kung mag enunciate. Medyo formal ang dating kase matatanda na ang guests namin, but can still hold everyone's attention. Preferably male, pero pwede din naman female kung mas magaling :-)

Sis, iinvite nyo ba sa wedding nyo yung family member ni hubby na di nyo feel? For example yung sister nya na bichesa bratinella. 2 lang kasi sila magkapatid pero lagi nya binubully brother nya (my hubby) growing up. Lol. Even until now na malaki na sila bichesa pa rin sya although mabait sya sakin. Hubby wants to invite her and her family pero ayoko ng nega vibes on my special day especially civil wedding lang sya and 5 lang guests LOL so most likely I would need to talk / entertain her eh di ko talaga sya gusto ang bigat ng aura nya haaay.

Hello! In my experience, wala atang ganyang venue especially sa Makati. I suggest to consider restaurants as reception place (example Max's) para kasama na yung place with the food costs.

YES. 100k is normal for styling. Yung mga magarbong styling costs almost 1M pa nga. My friend's wedding costs 250k for styling na medyo minimal pa nga kung tutuusin. Grabe. Food na yun ng guests namin nung kinasal kami.

Ang hirap na desisyon niyan sis pero kung ako maski mahirap for me iinvite ko pa din kasi 2 lang sila magkapatid. Ayaw mo naman siguro na magkatampuhan sila magkapatid. Remember nagiisa siyang kapatid di man lang siya nainvite sa kasal ng only brother niya. Kung sayo yun gagawin ayaw mo din siguro di ba.

Hello sis! I definitely agree with you! We have the same 'plans'. 70-80 pax, intimate and solemn, tapos garden christian wedding. Nag gawa kami ng excel file na nakaindicate ang estimate amount according sa research namin and guess what? Umabot ng 460,000 for an 80pax garden wedding celeb!!!

BF and I's also eyeing for Q4 2021 wedding (his parents kasi nasa US so we have to wait). Super tagal pa nung samin pero we are already listing down possible suppliers na preferred namin ang style. Para pag 100% may green light na, di na kami mahirapan mag research and scout. BTW we're not even engaged yet! But wedding is already in the talks like BUDGET, WHEN and WHERE hehe!
