Being in SALES
« on: May 05, 2015, 12:30:26 pm »
Hi sisses, need inputs, my friend is a supplier of tiles. I asked her kung pwede ba kami ng  husband ko ay mag freelance sales sa kanila. may mga kakilala kasi kami na pwedeng maging client nila. do you think its possible? given na we both dont have any background in sales and marketing? Pano ba maging freelance sales, iaalok mo lang ba product ganun lang kadali un o may proseso pa un at dapat aralin? TIA :)

Hi sis, tama si si wendell215, need mo muna maging familiar sa process of selling. Kahit mga basics [textspeak!] muna kelangan mo malaman. The right words and approach pag my kaharap kna na client. After that, you will learn more through experience na talaga. Good luck!  :)

Important also na you have a technical knowledge on the product that you are selling. Ano yung mga usual na factors being looked for in your product, mas priority ba ng client ang price, dapat if mababang presyo ang gusto mabibigay mo agad anong mga available options na pasok sa budget. Baka hindi naman price conscious basta ang gusto yung matibay and classy, you have to know immediately also what to recommend. Ako gusto ko honest talaga ang sales person hindi yung para lang makabenta. You have to give the advantages and disadvantages of each option na pwede nilang piliin like eto mura eto but it will last for this number of years lang, eto medyo mahal pero matibay, etc. Para satisfied ang customer and will refer you to others.

a big no no is hard selling kasi nakakairita. ang brod ko  nasa sales at manager na sya. ang galing lang nya kasi kapag may client sya parang nakikipag kwentuhan lang sya.. no hard selling at all kung maririnig mo sya. relax mode lang ang usapan tapos nakaka close na sya ng deal. nasa sales na sya for more than 10 years.
