Siguro within 3 weeks sis nag lessen na yung hairfall. Then maraming maliliit na hair na nagstart ng tumubo.

Nung masipag pa ako binababad ko sa sunflower oil every other day before I go to sleep. But now mga twice a week na lang.

Bumili kasi ako ng extra virgin coconut oil, binabad ko overnight one time. Okay naman, yun nga lang sobrang nabother ako sa amoy  ;D Medyo naglessen na hairfall ko, pero wala pang baby hair.

S&R has biotin supplements .  Been hesitant to try it.  Costs around P999 a bottle.
Has anyone here tried it?

Hi sis. You can try Marietha's Gugo Shampoo or Forest Magic Gugo Shampoo. Yan lang nakasolve ng hairfall at thinning hair ko and no pimples pa. Available sa Landmark yung Marietha's at Forest Magic. :-)

Pano po yung ginagawa mong ratio? 1:1 po ba or may isang mas marami? Thank you!

I already tried both and I can say it removes my hair fall and may mga baby hairs na tumubo.

sis ano mas effective and worth it to try?

Aside from applying coconut oil, what else really works?

You can consult a dermatologist. However, first, you should be examined by an immunologist and a nutritionist. These doctors will check how you eat and what and tell you whether the thinning of the hair is due to improper nutrition. It's useful for hair to eat fresh fruits and vegetables. Thus, they are strengthened. If you are not a vegan, you can use shampoos, balms, and hair masks based on keratin. Keratin for hair is an excellent tool. Castor oil makes hair stronger - this is a folk remedy. On OwlRatings, you can read an article about ways to strengthen hair and deal with hair loss at home.
