A great product siguro yung khiel's midnight recovery concentrate. my guy friend uses it (gift ng girlaloo niya) and sobrang blooming niya, fine pores and youthful and glowy.

^ Hi sis, i've used Kiehl's Midnight Recovery Concentrate, I have mixed feelings about it padin , There are days where my skin looks absolutely stunning when I put this on pero minsan naman so so lang, emptied mine and felt that nothing is too special. it's not bad since it didn't caused me breakouts but sa totoo lang I just couldn't quite understand the hype.  My mom brought this for me I wouldn't mind receiving this as a gift  but i wouldn't dare to spend my own money for this. Sana mahiyang yung ibang magtry neto.

Anyone do facial massages? I'm on the fence with this one. help. sabi daw na anti aging.. and yung iba sabi daw be gentle with the face.

I think massage is deemed to have anti-aging effects bec it somehow helps with moderately exfoliating  the skin bec of the mechanical rubbing involved. Another thing, the manipulation of muscle and skin draws blood to the surface which works favorably to the cells bec blood carry with it oxygen and nutrient-rich biochemical products. The benefit may be little but if done regularly, t may have incremental benefits.

What we need to be aware of is doing facial exercises to keep the muscles taut and firm thus preventing sagging. We all know that the reason why the skin sags is bec of the eventual loss of elasticity but what contributes as well is the gradual loss of muscle tone and facial fat loss. To make up for that, doing facial exercises will restore firmness of the muscle thereby aiding with tautness of the skin. The muscles of the face attaches to our bones on one end and skin on the other, thus poor muscle tone draws the skin to drape into a sag.

Not sure though if sa face lang yun applicable kase if you work out a muscle sa body, it becomes taut.

I forgot where I also read it..but while Botox makes you get rid of wrinkles, you'll need it more in the long run. Imagine lang daw a muscle na paralyze and you made it even weaker and weaker due to botox.. parang you gave the muscle a coma.

Again, not sure if true and validated ang claims nito. If anyone can share more of their thoughts, that would be great! xD

Anyone taking fish oil? It's also good for anti-aging. I'm looking for alternative to Biomega. Baka may ma-recommend kayo na OK ang effect sa inyo

I'll be subscribing even if I'm 20 hehe. I'm only 20, but I have lines on my dark circles. I don't think it's due to genes, but due to my diet and lifestyle. Plus, madami din ako hyperpigmentation. I currently use EW lotion as my sunblock Lol. I find most sunblock/sunscreen to icky or thick.

I think hiyangan siguro. I tried sk2, Wala naman akong nakitang effect. I like Sulwhasoo better pa.

Ya, fruits and veggies. Avoiding fatty food.
Lots of water. Enough rest/sleep and exercise.

Kaso idk, may kilala ako all organic sya but she looks 10 years older than her age kasi slim sya and dami nya wrinkles kahit early 30s palang sya.

joining.. Im in my early 30s so Im addicted to anti aging stuff, specifically skincare.

I have always used Olay for my face and I feel that I should upgrade or switch to a more organic approach.

Hiyang ako sa Olay from facial wash, toner, serum, moisturizer and eye cream but I want to subscribe to products na may collagen or yung organic line that has ingredients for anti aging talaga.
