sis MissBee002 - may nakita crew meals, not sure pala if Cavite based -- GlutTONI by Toni Powers.
Tapos he does hosting din pero I think tie up kasi sa OTD package nya.

No dead air.

Hi all. Any reviews about Villa Ibarra's suppliers?
Photo booth, cake, styling, lights and sounds etc.
Based on photos kasi their styling is quite bare if we are not upgrading it.
Which areas in particular do we really need to upgrade?
Thank you in advance for your feedback.

Sharing my wedding suppliers last Dec. 16, 2017. I was able to pull of a super fun wedding at very affordable rates.

Hotel Prep: Orchid Garden Suites 4/5
Pros:
Very affordable. We reserved 1 grand suite for me and my family (P6500/night)  and 1 executive suite (P3800/night) for groom and his family. We extended 1 night for the executive suite to keep our belongings and belongings or our whole entourage.
With free breakfast buffet (reasonable choices)
Very spacious rooms and with kitchenette. We even cooked breakfast for the crew and other entourage.
Cons: somewhat old but  that's the hotel style naman

Church: Our Lady of Remedies Malate  Catholic Church  (5/5)
Rate:Php17k (Sat 2:30pm).  Their rates depends on the day and time of wedding.

Pros: All in package, includes organist, soloist and flower arrangement. They even provided a wedding kit for hassle-free wedding.
Request for Father Michael Martin to make the wedding ceremony light and fun.  He's even popular with my guests since most of them had a selfie with him.
Cons: Personal vows not allowed, balloons and arcs not allowed

HMUA: Hair and Make up by Kristel Matias (5/5)
Free mothers of bride and groom, 1 flower girl and groom retouch plus free second look

Pros: Very detailed and hands-on.  Natural look is her style.

Cons: Look test not free. But she was already tested by my other friends so I relied on her magic hands. However, I sent to her  my hairstyle pegs that I want for the ceremony and reception.

Entourage HMUA: Make up By Roselyn Pedayo  (5/5)

Pros: Very affordable and professional ( I used her as my prenup HMUA)
Cons: Booked 8 heads under her and we somewhat lack time. Some of my bridesmaid where not able to finish on time. But I think this is my fault. I should have booked 2 HMUA for entourage.

Bridal gown and Entourage gown: Phenliza Bridal Shop (Dragon 8 Mall)
Rate: P9k for bridal gown (free pillows, arrae, cord, 5 yards veil and  secondary veil)
P1.5-2k/gown for entourage depending on design

Pros: Very affordable and delivers on time
Cons: Most of my entourage needs adjustment (good thing I did not declare real wedding date to them)
They were not able to copy exactly the wedding gown I wanted but for P9k and somewhat similar. I am still happy with the outcome and they were easy to talk to and responds fast through text.

Groom's Outfit: Gardini Fashion Center (5/5)
Rate: Rented groom's oufit for only P1k  plus P2k deposit

Pros: Affordable and they know the right fit for your body
Cons: First come first serve basis

Photo and Video: Studio1 Photography (5/5)
Booked thru bridal fair 1.5 years ago and was able to get them for only P29,750
With the ff freebies: Prenup pictorial and Save the Date Video, AVP (growing up pictures), Standee, 150 pcs thank you cards, Standee, 5 pcs. photo gallery, digital frame, 3 hrs photobooth, Same Day Edit Video,LCD and white screen, 1 guest book, 2 parents album, 1 album, 1 blow-up frame

Pros: Photographers and Videographers  were all professionals. They showed up on time and delivered quality services.  My SDE was super nice (even my guests said so). Plus very affordable compared to other suppliers.
Cons: They were hard to contact. They don't reply fast on pre-wedding inquires. Maybe because they transferred office during my time. But these were all minor with the quality that they delivered.

Reception: Ibarra's Garden (5/5)
Booked 1.5 years ago for only P133k for 150 pax
Freebies: Bridcal car (I got Mercedes Bug Eye with no upgrade fee); 75 pcs. fortune plants as souvenir; 1 Hour mobile bar; Mood lights; Welcome drinks; free flowing iced tea, 3-layer cake (1 layer edible); free use of courtesy room for retouch (we also asked the waiter to serve our food here) I also haggled for free electricity charge for photo and video

Pros: Very good food at their rate, I had pasta station, (they will cook pasta and sauce on the spot), dessert bar and their servings were very generous. My guests were all happy with the food. They also served brewed coffee for those guest who requested with no extra charge. They don't even charged me corkage on my lechon.
Highly recommended: Hickory pork BBQ and Orange Chicken

Cons: Full payment 1 month prior to event.

Florist: William of Dangwa (4/5)
Rate: 5,500 only for the whole entourage

Pros: Affordable and nice arrangement
Cons: Hard to contact during pick up time. We just went to his stall at Dangwa. But all items were ready for pick up naman.

Wedding Coordinator and Host: Abby & Co. (Abby Borja) (5/5)

Pros: If you don't want to become bridezilla book them. I have a smooth wedding from hotel prep to church to reception. My request is to start on time and we were able to pull of everything on time. My guest said that this was the most efficient wedding they attended.

Cons: They were not able to distribute all souvenirs for my principal sponsors and some of my entourage since some left early (but they will surrender naman those undistributed)

Happy Wedding preps! =)

saw this review http://lemigetmarried.com/index.php/2017/08/15/supplier-review-tipping-point-collective/ and totoo with TPC. yung mga damit nila mabaho and lahat madumi and luma, ukay nga lang tapos charge ng 45k. yung mga shoes sira and luma tapos lahat size 6 pa. sobrang unprofessional nila. ang laki nila mag charge pero halos lahat ng damit forever 21 lang or yung mga damit nasuot na sa previous shoot and ukay. and kahit nagbigay ka na ng size mo, ibang size pa din dala. tatahiin lang nila yung likod mo. sometimes bukas pa hindi maisarado kasi nga hindi size. nakaka degrade. ang daming madami na stylist na professional. hindi kasi nag rereview mga tao na nakawork tipping point. nakakatakas palagi TPC kasi one time work lang naman. tapos yan rental ng van iba pa rate, part yun ng job nila. sariling van nila ipaparent sayo ng 5,000. unpro na, swapang pa mga sis.

^^ @Rory_Lorelie_Gilmore we were very happy with them! It's a relatively new hotel so everything's in excellent shape. The penthouse suites only have one bedroom but they're really spacious naman. We probably could have managed with only two pero we booked three rooms just in case (I have a big family kasi).

The service was particularly excellent; walang hassle at all. Medyo magulo yung booking namin kasi we kept changing the room reservations for our guests pero everything was handled very smoothly. My suppliers started coming in as early as 2:30 am and they were all assisted to our suites. They also didn't have a problem with us bringing in outside food and they even found a 24-hr place where we can order crew meals.

Yung cons lang siguro is they require 50k minimum na total booking if you want to do a photo shoot  sa public areas. Although to be honest, hindi naging problem for us kasi a lot of our guests stayed there din. Wala din sya view ng Taal. And mood lighting din yung sa rooms, which is only an issue for morning weddings, but otherwise, floor to ceiling windows naman so there's a lot of natural light for the photos.

I'll PM you na lang the rates later (hanapin ko pa from my mails haha)  :)

Hello! What rooms did you get for the bride and the groom preps? Thank you! :)

HI sis, I attended a wedding in Villa Ibarra last year.
Styling  was meh, very basic ang centerpieces, you know the flowers na used as fillers sa bouquets? Ganoon ang floral centerpiece nila. The stage was small din and there was no backdrop; may malaking version lang ng centerpiece na nandoon sa couple's area. Maganda ang couple's couch and that was the best thing sa styling nila.

Their food was okay, pero ang bilis naubos. Di ko alam if dahil madami ang bisita or kaunti ang food. I did not even get to taste the pasta and the desserts.

Lights and sounds were okay naman, hindi super loud na masakit sa tenga.
