Hi mga sis, have you tried the Korean dressing its Roasted Sesame dressing as in sobrang addicting, Im also a salad lover and I tried a lot of dressings na din sold in the supermarket, but a friend introduce this to me and nag stick na ko sa dressing na to, everytime I serve salad to friends they always ask me about this dressing. Well just want to share, its  worth a try

^ hi! You just have to buy the dressing (Roasted Sesame dressingP550) sa mga Korean stores and mix it to your salad

BTW, to those interested, yun Goolai sa Greenhills, they sell the dressing. I think reasonable yun prices
the largest bottle (450 ml or 500ml) is just 250 pesos. I got the raspberry vinaigrette (best seller according to the ate there) but i will buy a new variant this week. Nasawa ako ng konti sa raspberry after this week.

Madami mango sis sa supermarkets sarap ilagay sa salad. Actually we had mango for dessert few nights ago, may natira na isang pisngi and gitna. What i did, i scoop it out, put it sa blender with red wine vinegar and evoo. pwede na passable naman.  i felt lang  matapang yun evoo ko.

Question mga sis, anong evoo brand ang gamit nyo? Err baka nasa brand kasi din mine Dona elena. Yun nakita ko kasi sa robinsons e

@stormy, may Goolai salads usually sa San Mig Food Shop katabi ng Petron gas stations.

@rhumbafrapp, I like Bertolli, Filippo Berio and Kirkland brands of olive oil.

@u8mypinkcookies, the chilled spicy chicken pasta salad is my favorite sa CBTL.  That's what I usually order if I am getting a meal from that place.

Japanese ata yung Sesame Dressing na yun. meron stall sa Rockwell malapit sa Rustan's grocery

^Yes japanese yung roasted sesame dressing. Nabili koi siya sa isang japanese grocery store and sa DEC meron din sabi ng friend ko.

One of hubby's managers gave him this roasted sesame dip/dressing as a Christmas gift and yes, it's very addicting nga. Hubby said it's Korean but when I looked at the label, I say it's Japanese lol.

Thank God I came across this thread as I only have 1 serving left and we thought it's only available at shopwise. Marami naman pala options.. Kami naman we buy greens at santis and then mix with apples, cashew and ricotta cheese. Yum!

Sis if Manila area, Goolai salads are available in Robinson's Otis supermarket! I buy from there. 160 pesos.

my favorite dressing is Newman's Own Caesar Vinaigrette.  romaine lettuce, tomato, cucumber, sometimes with turkey slices, a bit of parmesan and pepper - yum!

^Supermarket sis! Madame lagi romaine sa Robinsons Manila and Moa Hypermart. Maraming brand hindi lang yung Dole. Meron din yung pre-washed greens na Dole.

I love romaine so much I bought a salad spinner. Hehe

Have you guys tried the salad at Mary grace? It's the one with feta and goat cheese on top.  That is soo good I can't stop thinking about it.  I do not usually eat salad but this one I can order for my main course of the meal. 

I also know goolai salad.  I used to buy those at parco then I also buy feta cheese so I can mix it with the salad

If you get to go to shopwise Libis, they have a stand across the cashiers.

For salad greens, I discovered you can get them cheaper from Healthy Options compared to the grocery. Organic pa. They also have kale and other types of greens na hard to find sa groceries.

switblibubbles, I remember when I started buying goolai nasa php 120 Lang ata sila. That was the time when they were only doing deliveries. Now nasa php 170 na! My husband likes to bring salad as baon and before this is what I usually buy. Pero yun nga so expensive araw-arawin. Ako na Lang tuloy gumagawa. For the dressing, I usually mix mustard, jam (strawberry, apricot, mango or raspberry), EVOO, and balsamic vinegar. Minsan I mix Kewpie, Peanut butter and sesame oil for Asian dressing. Close na din to the taste ng dressings ng Goolai.
