Abundance is not something we acquire. It is something we tune into. There's no scarcity of opportunity to make a living at what you love. There is only a scarcity of resolve to make it happen.

tried the Pesto Pasta Salad with Roasted Veggies from Starbucks :) loved it.
There are four basic food groups: milk chocolate, dark chocolate, white chocolate & chocolate truffles. ♥

the yummiest salads i've ever had from local restaurants:

~ caesar salad from the prince albert rotisserie (the dressing is freshly made right in front of you)
~ seafood salad from UCC vienna cafe (a heavy meal in itself)
~ tessie tomas salad from duo steak house
~ kani salad from sakura (subic bay freeport)
~ roka salata from cyma
~ seafood caesar supreme from burgoo
~ yam som o from benjarong

I forgot the name of this salad that I always order at Italianni's. Yung may kasamang fruits like grapes and mangoes. It's been awhile na kasi since I ate at Italianni's.

im trying to finish a bottle of Gourmet's Balsalmic Vinaigrette which I bought from the supermarket. Hirap pala ubusin nun mag isa tapos 2x/ week lang ggamitin :)

I use greens na pre-cut na. Either Dole or Gourmet's. Usually the greens & tomatoes lang. Pag sinisipag I add cheese. Kapag mas lalong sinisipag, I grill some meat tapos I put it on top of the salad. Like dinner ko kanina, the salad and grilled pork chop w/ the fat removed. para naman hindi ako mashado deprived  ;D

fave ko ngayon na dressing ng salad ay tartar sauce. ito yung sawsawan ng mga fillet. na-try ko lang nung sunday. mayo siya na may small bits ng hard boiled egg, salt at pepper. sarap talaga.

try the ceasar salad dressing at santis, it's their best seller and really great! it's cheap pa since you just buy the veggies that go along with it.

Anyone who's tried Goolai? It's prepacked salad available sa groceries. i just love their vinaigrette and creamy mango dressings. sayang they don't sell dressings separately.
