I love veggies and I love salads.

My favorite salads from restaurants:
1. Cyma's roka salata
2. Sakura and Haiku's sakura salad
3. Fluke's caesar salad
4. Antonio's fresh green salad
5. CPK's chopped bbq salad
6. Manila Pen's green salad with smoked salmon and fresh prawns in dill dressing - this was our first course during our wedding reception; for me, Manila Pen's smoked salmon is the best.

Salad dressings (bottled) that I like:
1. Bragg's ginger and sesame dressing
2. Kraft's Italian vinaigrette
3. 365 by Whole Foods's organic balsamic vinaigrette
4. Gourmet's herb cheese dressing and fresh herb vinaigrette
* I make my own blue cheese dressing, which my husband and my friends really like. I got the recipe here in GT (courtesy of quixotic).

I agree with hunny_ally, I love Salad Time's mixed greens and caesar greens.

When I make salad at home, I usually mix the following:
mixed salad greens
cherry tomatoes (or local tomatoes), sometimes, sun-dried tomatoes if I have them on hand
cucumber, sliced in rounds or julienne
carrots, shredded
grapes, apples, oranges
nuts like pistachio, walnut (masarap pag caramelized) or almonds
bacon bits, grilled or boiled chicken chunks
