Thanks sis for your inputs and advices. I went to my Ob after 5yrs. She explained that Pcos is permanent. It wont go away. All i have to do is do workout 20mins yun pagpapawisan ka tlaga at ramdam mo yun kabog ng dibdib mo. Eat healthy and avoid sweets😢.  She also prescribed me to take Althea pill since im not planning to conceive. First time ko if ever na magtake ng pills kasi takot ano sa side effects.  My derma prescribed me Epiduo and clyndamicin pero lumalabas pa din ang mga alagad ko. 😰

Me and my PCOS have been on-and-off for 7 years now.
Minsan clear ang ovaries ko, minsan isa lang, minsan bi-lateral.
It will never go away, pero it can be managed.

I menstruate monthly, but I believe I'm not ovulating regularly.
There are hormones that should be corrected. I took Metformin but the long term effect was on my liver (still suffering fatty liver). I stopped 3 years ago.

Sa ngayon, diet and exercise lang. The weight loss is a battle. Ang hirap magshed ng weight.
Creativity is intelligence having fun.
