INSOMNIA

May mga sis ba dito suffering from insomnia? Have you ever had a consultation with a sleep doctor? Sa mga nawala na ang insomnia, how did you make it? May nakapagtry na din ba sa Capitol Medical Center in qc? They specialize in sleep disorder pero di pa namen na-try. Please share your experiences. i know someone who has it and he already took Dormicum but still couldn't get enough sleep, around 4 hours lang. recently he went to a neurologist/psychiatrist to ask for any recommendation what else to do but the doctor just prescribed him another controlled drug Zolpidem, pero kulang pa din sa tulog. Pahelp mga sis. Thanks in advance!

^^mahirap din sis masanay sa medicine. I hav insomnia din before pero mas nakatulong sakin yung desiplina sa sarili, I force myself to sleep talaga kesa mag pa treatment ako mapapagastos talaga ko ng malaki. Hanggang nasanay nalang talaga ko.

sis, try mo uminom ng warm milk before ka matulog. Kasi pampatulog din yan.  ;)

I have panic disorder and I take psychiatric medicines.I also got insomnia as a anong tawag dun comorbid with panic..any medicines you take for insomnia..Hope the moderators would approve this

There is a Neurophysiology and Sleep Disorders Laboratory in Makati Med. You can also try seeing a Psychiatrist too but just be aware na may mga gamot na may side effects. Been taking a pill for a year  that can make me sleep.. nagka insulin resistance ako as a part of side effect.

Dont shy away from using alternatives. Like teas, melatonin (Healthy Options branches have those) or other supplements. Goodluck!

Check ninyo ang aking neurologist in manila doctors hospital si dr winnie lim khoo.   may website siya www.winnielimkhoo.com at available po siya sa Online Consultation.  mas mura pa siya sa ibang neurologist

Thank you mga sis for mentioning Dr. Khoo and though I am in Cebu I have a chance to schedule an appointment with her thru FB. I am trying to seek for another opinion on my condition aside from my very pricey psych doctor (her online consultation is priced more than 3 times her old rate- nakaka sad lang parang sobrang inconsiderate ng pricing knowing the condition of most people now this pandemic :( ). Anyways, I am thankful kay God for this chance and was surprised for Khoo's rate at 900 PHP though I do not have any idea parang same lang sa normal rate when we do personal consultations with neurologist. Looking forward to speak to her.
