Here's one of my favorite recipes in using cream dory fish  ;D

PARMESAN CRUSTED FISH FILLET

fish fillet (cream dory)
Parmesan cheese (grated)
bread crumbs
parsley (minced)
lemon
olive oil
paprika
salt & pepper

1.   Pre-heat the oven to medium degrees.
2.   Combine the Parmesan cheese, bread crumbs, paprika, salt and ground black pepper. Mix well.
3.   Rub the olive oil on the fish fillets and sprinkle some salt and pepper.
4.   Coat the fish with the mixture. Let stand for 10 minutes.
5.   Arrange the fish in a baking tray and sprinkle some minced parsley on top.
6.   Bake for 20 minutes or until the color becomes light brown.
7.   Squeeze some lemon before serving to add flavor.

The best!!

I like green fish curry a lot. Any firm white fish should work with this recipe: http://goo.gl/LzcL2J

You can also grill the fillets in foil packets with some salt, pepper, olive oil, lemon slice, and herbs of your choosing. It should just take 10-15 minutes, but the results are awesome. Low-calorie, too.

^any cream cheese na brand ang gamit ko, basta mura. hahaha! pero i think mas masarap yung nasa gray/silver na packaging kesa yung nasa red/maroon.  sorry i forgot the brand...
To make a mistake is human. To make it obvious is katangahan.

My fave will bea sauteeing lits of tomatoes and onions, garlic and butter + evoo. Add lemon/calamansi. Then put a bit of water tapos i'll put the dory na. Let it simmer hanggang mareduce yung liquid then tadaa! Healthier than the usual fried dory dishes.

just know you can :)
