Rant: Agency in San Joaqin Pasig!

I learned about this agency from sulit.com. It says #01 Maid Agency In Metro Manila, with their contact #s
So I went to their place, Lope K. Santos St., San Joaquin, Pasig City. Agreed on a 6month contract (w/ 3 replacements), Paid P3,360 office fee, plus other charges (1k more or less). Got a 23yo maid. When we got home, less than 24 hrs umayaw na siya. At first she said she cant work bec she's preggy, so I said I can get a pregnancy test. Then she admitted she just changed her mind. I immediately called the agency, they told me to wait for her replacement. After 1 week, they sent a 49 year old (daw) maid, she looks like more like 50-60 yo, bec she moves really slow but she's mabait naman. We tried for 1& half months but it didnt work out, so we asked for another replacement. 3rd, is a 46yo, ok naman mag trabaho. Kaya lang after more than a month, we discovered she has been stealing from us & her co-workers. Hindi naman big amounts, but she was getting the kid's candies, ice creams, chocolates, my imported makeups, soaps, lotions, etc. Another maid made sumbong & showed us proof (some items are in her things). We confronted her & she admitted, but she immediately left while we were sleeping.
Anyway, I called the agency & told them about my bad experiences. They apologized & thats all. I felt sayang ang agency fee but ok lang I dont wanna get from them nalang. So I got from diff agency, ok naman so far.
Yesterday I saw the sulit ads of this Pasig agency, and decided to post negative feedback. Today, they called me and saying bec of my negative feedback, they will post that all my maids left because we were giving them panis food!
True to their word, I saw them write my Full name, broadcasting LIES that I am letting all my maids eat panis food! hello? eh di sana na food poisoning na sila, bakit tumataba while they were with us? besides, we have 3 other helpers/driver from diff agencies who can testify there's nothing wrong with our food. My family eats the same food as the helpers... Also, if we indeed did that, sana they didnt send na the 2nd & 3rd maid, knowing that we are bad & abusive employers..
Im am so disgusted but I cant even post again to dispute at sulit.com.
I also discovered that they have OLD ads with they already removed, which also have negative feedbacks from other victims.

Warning nalang to all who will try to get their maids, I hope u dont experience the same things I did!

Grabe naman talaga ano sis. Naagrabyado ka na, binaligtad ka pa. Nakakatakot na talaga kumuha ng maids sa agency. The first time i did, nagtagal lang halos ng 1 month sa akin pinaalis ko na. Tapos binaligtad din ako sa agency. Kaya nawalan na ko ng gana magpapalit sa kanila, kahit nag cash out ako ng P3k+ at nasayang, hinayaan ko na. Hirap makakuha ng matino, but still I'm hoping na makakuha pa sa agency. Pag pray na lang natin siguro na makakuha tayo ng maaasahan at mapagkakatiwalaan. May mga kilala naman kase ako na nakakuha sa agency pero matino talaga. Ang point ko, agency or referral pareho lang..siguro nasa tao na talaga ang katinuan. Yun nga lang we have to cash out pag sa agency tayo kukuha. It''s taking a risk.

OT na eto - I tried Quality Care Employment. So far, maayos naman yung yaya/maid na nakuha. Yun nga lang, ang mahal ng agency fee! 10k initial cash out ko - 6k sa kanila then 4k na advance salary ng yaya/helper. All from visayas daw yung mga maids. Yung nakuha ko, first time nya dito sa manila, no relatives at ayaw mag dayoff. But still, I'm checking websites if meron negative feedback sa agency na eto kasi bago pa lang sila dito sa manila. Mabuti na yung sigurado.

Hi sis, muntik na rin akong kumuha dun.. buti na lang hindi kasi I saw negative feedbacks. Yung quality care ok ba? feedback please. Kumuha ako now sa isang agency but I didn't like their service. Ang bilis magbigay sa una pero pag replacement... hindi na kumikibo. I think the best pa din ang referral, kaso nga lang mahirap maghanap.

I havent tried sa Quality. So far na try ko ETE agency sa Pasig, yun ang sobrang sama ng experience ko (see 1st post of this thread).
Na try ko rin kumuha sa Asionic, tumagal naman ng 8 months ang yaya kaya lang nabuntis at nag asawa na.
Then late last year, nakakuha ako ng 2 maids sa Maid Provider, agency fee is 5k mas mahal, plus misc, tapos mas mahal din ang starting salary ng maid 4K, so far ok naman ang 2 nakuha namin dun. Ang turn off lang, I heard kasi na mismong agency nila, tinatawagan ang mga maids namin para alokin na pagkatapos ng 6 months, bumalik sa kanila at may employer naka abang 5k sahod nila. I feel kasi instead na mag recruit sila ng new maids, nire-recycle nila ang mga deployed maids nila, tapusin lang ang 6 months, balik sa agency, para may kikitain na naman ang agency. Meanwhile, both maids say masaya naman sila sa amin, so ayaw nila bumalik dun. What i will do, I will give increase nalang next month (6 months na sila)

Pareparehas lang LAHAT ng agencies!

Kasi naman they just pull out people from wherever and then ipapasok nila ng trabaho.  Ang habol lang nila is their office fees and they won't care na to replace them.

Imagine mo, may nakunan yung friend ko - PINEKE yung mga papers!  My friend kasi requires mga NBI cleaarance and etc.  Imagine the agency wants to get their office fee, gave my friend the papers of ANOTHER person!  Shempre ka-konchaba niya the helper diba?  Tapos itong helper's parents made sugod my friend sa bahay niya na may dala pang pulis!!

Imagine the trouble?

Pero in truth - agency man or referral - lahat yan RISK.

ok na lsakin kahit 6 months lang kasi kung ngkasundo naman kayo tatagal sya sayo

lahat ng agency ganyan habang nasa yo susulutin nila

meron din paghingi mo ng replacement mabubuwisit ka, yung isa ka tinakot ko lang na me kumpare akong fiscal w/c is true naman  sa city nila kaya ngbigay pero ganun pa din ang nakuha ko

I was a client of this agency and my experience was HORRIBLE. I hired 4 maids from them and all of them were not trained and HAVE NO BASIC EXPERIENCE. This agency is a SCAM. Beware all of you! Even if you treat the maids very well, they still end up resigning! And every time you get a replacement, you have to pay them additional fees to be able to get a new maid.

Their MODUS OPERANDI: Their maids would stay for several weeks and then resign. Then the maids they will provide you gets from bad to worst so that you will be forced to get a new one every time and pay for new fees. This is my experience: First, I got a 45 year old who demanded to have a day-off every weekend and every holiday. Second, an 18 year old with skin disease who doesn’t know how to clean the house. Third, an 18 year old who demanded that I get a 2nd maid so that she won’t get lonely. Fourth, an 18 year old who drinks beer in daytime and doesn’t clean the house.

PIECE OF ADVICE: DO NOT GET MAIDS FROM THIS AGENCY. It’s a scam! You will just end up paying them more and more fees.  Just get a maid from the province on your own and from contacts you know. BEWARE OF THIS SCAM!

Oh my goodness!   So I'm not the only one!  Yun lang, I got from another agency.  My observation is that they send you someone from "Bulacan" then they tell the maid na ok lang naman kahit 1 month ka lang dun, then the maid will leave you.

Our rule now at home is that we don't give advance na muna until we are happy.  My point is that at least if we do not like you or you do not like to work for us, we can both go our separate ways ng maayos.  Lo and behold, siguro our maid felt bad kasi we are so nice to her, chinichika ko pa yan, nag inform nalang ahead of time.  Valid naman reason yan for leaving, which is her daughter, pero from the very start wala pala yan balak magstay kasi her husband will eventually go back to his 16k job.  In bulacan, with that kind of money the wife doesn't need to work na pala.

Omg. thank u sisters. Im talking to them right now. Buti talaga nagreresearch muna bago sumabak sa agencies na yan e. Even rcj employment in kamias and hauswork in las pinas. Andaming bad feedback i almost got from them too.

Halos puro scam nga yata sila!  Kaya lang, 1 month narin ako walang maid and I'm getting desperate na.  My friend recommended Ana from BRS Agency, any feedback with this agency?

So far, wala pa rin akong nakitang perfect na na agency. Ito mga natry ko c/o sulit.com
1. Maid Provider - got 2 maids, yung 1 tinapos 6 months pero umalis na. Yung isa, nagka replacement, pero umalis din after the contract. I heard mismo ang agency tumatawag sa maids, offering incentives if they leave. Para irecycle nila ang mga maids at may new office fee to new clients.
2. ETE - worst experience ever! see my 1st post.
3. Asionic- got a yaya, naka 8 months, then umalis dahil buntis.
4. mega pacific - got 1 maid, after 3 mos nag awol, they gave me replacement, after exactly 3 mos (tinapos lang ang contract) umalis din.
5. Elite - got 1 yaya 2 mos ago, super tamad pero pinagtiatiagaan nalang namin. May bayad kasi replacement.

I think trial & error talaga sa agency, minsan ganun din kahit referral. Mas maraming error. If matapos ang 6 mos contract, ok na yun. Bihira na ang tumatagal ng taon. All quality maids & yaya, nasa abroad na, mga natira [textspeak!] mga rejects.

gab54, truelulu, kaya lang better parin if referred by someone.  At least mababawasan yung sakit ng ulo and yung feeling that the agency duped you with the admin fees and the like.  It has been a month since wala kaming maid.  We are surviving naman but it's expensive because we always eat outside.  Nonetheless sana meron ditong good experience with a certain agency.  I would really love to have a maid na.

This maid agency Charmonde Cane (http://charmondecanemanpower.com/) is a scam artist. They put up a nice website and talk to you nicely and very attentive at the start especially when you are about to pay them. So they are very fast in reacting and very attentive. But when you have problems such as replacement and I ask them to replace they make kinds of excuses that they don't have enough applicants, and the maid to be replaced is not that kind of person, they will find all kinds of excuses to not replace. They advertise that they will replace up to 3 times but they will never honour this, they even dare clients to sue them and they will beat them at all cost.  They dont care about customer retention and care about customer happiness. they only care about is collecting the 10k pesos fee which is 40% higher than everyone else in the market.  I suggest you all not to work with this agency ever again.
