Help with calories and losing weight.

so I was Injured but i wanted to lose weight so j am on a cut. I?ve have been eating around 1.2-1.3k calories for a month and a half. I feel like I should eat more because im 5?10 200lbs and a male. but my body has been used to eating so little and i track so it feels bad that go over. I?m scared that if I go back to more calories i?m going to gain weight since i?m injured and all i can do is walk. Advice would be helpful to get pass the brain barrier.
