How much does a sport build muscle?
« on: January 22, 2021, 09:19:00 pm »
Normally I'll go to the gym and shoot some basketball for 20 mins then go lift weights. I love basketball and shooting around myself gets my blood going as well.

Every now and then I'll play some 5v5 full court pick up then go workout but sometimes I get carried away and before I know it I have to go home.

By playing that much I'll be dead tired and my legs will be very worn out. Although, I'll be really disapointed that I didn't get my workout in. My question is how much of a workout is a hard game of basketball ? For legs or just in general. Obviously a normal workout with squats and such is better but still.

Sometimes I'll be upset that I wasted my off-day by playing basketball instead of working out. Especially since I'm always busy.

It is not concrete because each person has a different body, and someone's muscles can develop faster and someone's slower.

I agree with the Amadeya1990, which depends on your health. Long pre-workout sessions are normal for some people, and playing basketball for a long time can be good if you don't get tired. It is good cardio. If you are getting tired too early, I suggest you try the fitness supplements to increase your training time. To start, try consuming natural fitness supplies like coffee and bananas. Also, I would suggest you buy creatine and steroids. You can check for more fitness supplements by visiting this online marketplace https://purerawz.co/product/stenabolic-sr-9009/. I hope it helps you with solving your issues, buddy.
