We are a family of 3 people and I have a 5-year-old son, I usually do not live a very luxurious life, it can be called moderate, my weekly cost is about 1000 :(

This depends on so many things. There are weeks when we spend only about $200 but there are weeks when we're eating out or order food, and then it gets around $350-$500

My family has 5 people. Monthly spending is about 1500$. I'm considering control and savings, It like as fleeing the complex. It's hard right now but I have to do it

Aside from your monthly income and head count, factor in the following when structuring your weekly food budget:
Dietary restrictions
Proximity to the grocery and market - This will determine how much you need to stock up on in an emergency, sick days, or on extra-busy days.
▪Schedule - A busier household is more inclined to resort to preparing quicker and instant meals/snacks. If you're still on a WFH setup, longer work hours may mean more frequent mealtimes.
Negotiables - Items you can have occasionally or do without.
Non-negotiables - Essential items
Food delivery options - Realistically, how often you have food delivered to you. This includes the delivery fee.

Goodness, this old-school UI takes some getting used to.
