1. If you're from the south then you should try Puzzles Lounge at BF Homes along with your SO or friends. There are so many puzzle games to choose from and you gotta try their shakes.

2. Wakeboarding at Nuvali

3. Try a new sport/hobby like billiards, bowling, etc.

4. Glamping at Tagaytay

5. Go visit Miracle Art Museum at Cavite or Market, Market

Visit art galleries and exhibits. Marami naman na free, so di kailangan gumastos ng malaki sa weekend para mag-enjoy.

Meron foodgasm event sa Maginhawa this October 17.

Depende siguro sa inyo ni SO. Kasi kami ni bf mahilig sa nature/travel. If ganun din hilig niyo maraming mapupuntahan na malapit lang sa manila.

- Hulugan and aliw falls in Laguna
- Pandin lake in Laguna
- Daranak and batlag falls in Tanay, Rizal. Malapit na rin dito yung calinawan cave if you want to go spelunking
- Buruwisan and other falls in Mt. Romelo
- Any mountain climbing activity na dayhike lang

Or have a relaxing stay at Luljetta's hanging gardens and spa. Haven't been here yet pero plan namin.

I also like going to weekend markets.

This weekend I plan to bring my 5 year old daughter to Galleria. There's a free kids class in Victory. I want her to know more about the Lord (kasi mukhang kulang ang exposure nila sa school about him). Sana lang hindi kelangan ng parent's participation

Visit parents' place.

If you're not living with them then it's most likely that you would get special treatment every time you visit. My sister and I bring our families to our parents home every weekend. It's like a weekly reunion that happens during the weekend. Best time to connect.

Random roadtrip earlier.. Had lunch and coffee at mom & Tina's. Headed out to our Lady of good voyage cathedral for Sunday Mass and went to a resto with a great view. Really nice weekend. :-)

Pinto Art Museum in Antipolo. Breathtaking views, pretty, manicured grounds peppered with sculptures, and, of course, amazing local art. There's a good restaurant inside (I think it's by Bizu) where you can eat al fresco while enjoying the nice vista. There's also a shake and juice stand right in the center of one of the large lawns at Pinto and you can enjoy drinking your shake/juice in the middle of a nice garden. Maraming nice backgrounds for photos so kung mahilig sa selfie at picture-taking, this place is a good fit.

La Mesa Eco Park if you're into hiking and outdoor activities like ziplining or rock-climbing.

1. art museums - there are a lot of museums open during weekends, i.e. ayala, national museum, pambata, or even go up north, the likes of pinto art.

2. food trip - try kapitolyo, katipunan, maginhawa, or makati (salcedo/legazpi village). so many new restaurants to try. If you don't want to go to malls dahil madami ang tao, you can try [textspeak!] mga restaurants na outside malls.

3. hobbies - register sa mga workshops and try a new hobby. if you're into cooking/baking, madaming nagcoconduct ng workshops on basic skills. if you're the artsy type, uso ngayon ang calligraphy.

4. chores - for working people out there, nauubos ang oras sa mga chores during weekends. If you're doing the groceries on a weekend, try to be more creative. research for a new recipe, or change your supermarket. there are a lot of good finds sa ibang supermarkets.

^pinto art gallery is really nice. The place is huge and overflowing with artworks. Truly an artist's Haven.

I haven't heard of the places you mentioned in congressional. Medyo malayo nga lang but I might check it out. Mas ok ba sya kaysa sa Maginhawa or kapitolyo?

maybe duon nalang kami sa tanay farm ng family friend namin, they also do trekking and they have falls/rivers nearby
