Hi Sisses,

Our house is under my grandmother's name. Since my mother passed away 6 years ago she wanted to transfer it to us. But the problem is, the said property is "nakasanla" to a distant relative who owns a bank. Is that possible to transfer the title either thru DOAS or Deed of Donation.

Hope someone can help me on this.

Thanks

matagal na post na pala ito, pero sige buhayin natin for the sake of the others who may have the same situation as this post. for me hindi ito possibleng thru DOAS transfer unless meron talagang bentahan na nangyari.

halos a year and a half ago, we transferred a property of my grandparents, to us already. my lolo died 1988 and my lola died 2005, imagine recently lang namin naipa transfer. we made it possible thru deed of donation, we paid taxes and penalties. pero ang based ng computation was the zonal value on 1988, umabot lahat ng taxes P140k... lahat nagastos namin including processing nasa around P250k (with taxes).

for me mura na yan, kasi ni-subdivide yung property sa 4 na siblings eh, tsaka considering yung tagal na inabot bago namin napatransfer. ngayon worry-free na kami, may sari-sarili na kaming titulo ng property.

Hi sis, may I know kung ilang square meter yung inyong lot and total value? Para ma-estimate ko din yung babayaran namin. Thanks sis!

Hope you can help. Thank you
