Thank you sis for the info.  3 months na and I haven't received a refund which I demanded.  I think they are really scammers.  I'm still having a hard time contacting them.

I discovered the bag I bought from Aries Razal may defect (may stain). Hindi lang halata kasi nakatago defect sa zipper banda

Magk-complain sana ako about the defect but seems late. And wala na ang aries_razal IG page. May https://www.instagram.com/scammer_aries_razal/ Scammer aries razal page na. Seems like chronic na ito.

Lessons learned - kahit madaming followers, wag magpadala agad. Best to buy sa mga shops na may physical store para may babalikan ka talaga.

Napaka nega na IG seller yung owner ng @plushsizeyou. Bawal daw mag cancel ng order, magagalit daw siya.
