I recently got scammed by Gadget Gallore (Yes Double "L" on Gallore). Ang tagal ko na nag mimili online pero ngayon lang ako na scam. Her Facebook look so legit, may pictures nya, may proof of shipments and comments kaya di ko akalaing scammer sya.

She is selling 2nd hand phones. She only accept Gcash as form of payment. She said on her na the reason why she only accept Gcash is because may mga buyer daw na trying to scam her, na kesyo nagclaim na nadeposit na yung pera pero hindi naman galing sa buyer na 'to kundi sa ibang buyer din. Madalas daw kasi nagkakasabay-sabay ang payment with the same amount. Once you sent the payment she will provide you with a fake tracking number. Sabi nya di pa daw lalabas yung tracking number na binigay nya pag check ko...kasi kakapadala nya pa lang. Which I believe kasi I always nga madalas ganun naman talga pag sa Mail and More pinadala or pickup yung item. Pagcheck ko the next day cannot be found pa rin yung number. I checked her FB account and ayun blocked na ko. Kaya pala mukhang legit ang account nya kasi lahat ng nascam nya ibloblock nya na. I can't even access her page using my husband's account and my niece account. At first I thought binura yung page nya pero someone told me na naacess nya pa yung page.

It was too late when I did the research and madami dami na rin pala sya naloko. She's  (or them)  been using different names but the address is Tarlac or Pampanga.

Tingin ko isa silang sindikato. I filed a complaint in Globe since the transaction was made via Gcash and found out that the money was transferred in 5 different Gcash Accounts in less than 2 days. 2 of those were verified Gcash pero they can't provide me the information and they can't blocked the other Gcash accounts where the money was transferred. The only information that they gave me was that the addresses of those 5 accounts are either in Tarlac or Pampanga. Na blocked lang nila yung pinasahan ko ng Gcash.

I tried to search "Tarlac Scam" at medyo madami ang lumabas selling in ebay, multiply and facebook and since 2009 na.  But I'm not saying na ang mga seller sa Tarlac are scammers. Tingin ko may isang grupo ng  scammer from Tarlac and Pampanga.

She/them might be creating a new account. Just beware na lang sis.. Iwasan na magbayad through Gcash since wala talagang security.

Naku sis, sa gcash din ako naloko dati. 3 years ago na yun. Nag bid ako sa ebay although hindi na ko newbie nun sa ebay. Medyo shonga din ako ng konti. Malking halaga din, a high-end brand. Tapos nagbigay yung seller ng tracking number na bogus naman pala.Nagfile ako ng complaint sa Globe pero wala ding nangyari. At kagaya ng kwento mo, ang claim nya ay taga province sya. In my case, taga Quezon sya.Pero feelingnko hindi totoo.Para iwas meet-ups lang. Hay, sobrang nakakainis at nakaka frustrate na experience.

basta, never ever (regardless of the method of payment) buy from sellers na hindi pa established ang reputation and kung walang feedback from legit buyers, madaming sellers nagiimbento nalang din ng feedbacks pero sila din naman pala yun, alternick or whatev lang.

i mentioned regardless of the method of payment because useless rin naman na hawak nyo ang name or account details ng tao na yun since andami daming tao na magkakapangalan, the bank or whatev wont help you out anyway unless theres a court order, na mapapagastos din naman kayo in the long run.

so might as well not transact with anyone na walang feedback, if buying something, go make an account on ebay, buy from established sellers so you can at least ask around sa mga previous na nakatransact if ever may maging problema kayo..

It's possible too that they are just using those photos, baka sa kaaway pa nila yab or someone na open lang ang profile sa FB, ang dali lang kaya mag-grab ng photo ng may photo. Naku, scary naman.
