Jinkee Pacquiao kept things simple yet classy as she showed her full support for her husband's bid for the presidency. The wife of Sen. Manny Pacquiao chose a smart casual OOTD as she stood by his side when he filed his certificate of candidacy on Friday, October 1, 2021, at the Commission on Elections in Sofitel Philippine Plaza Manila, Pasay City.
Jinkee looked preppy in her Louis Vuitton blazer, which she paired with a white shirt and a pair of jeans. A Philippine flag pin was also spotted on the lapel of her blazer.
The blazer is part of Louis Vuitton's latest prêt-à-porter collection. It is made from technical gabardine fabric with a Monogram lining and engraved gold LV buttons.
According to the brand's website, this blazer comes with a price tag of AUD 4,500 or PHP165,984.17.
Over the years, the mom of five kids has been bashed by netizens for "ostentatious display of wealth." But she has learned to shrug them off as long as what she wears makes her happy.
Her husband was quick to defend her, "Iyan namang pera na iyan, dugo at pawis, hard-earned money ko.
"Ano iyan, hindi iyan ninakaw sa gobyerno, hindi iyan ninakaw dun sa mga tao, kundi pinaghirapan ko iyan, pinaghirapan namin."
He added, "Now, kung ano man meron kami, dream namin iyan. Sakripisyo, dugo, at pawis ang puhunan namin para kami maging masaya."
