Heaven Peralejo is known for being an outspoken Gen Z celebrity who doesn’t shy away from addressing controversies and speaking up about her personal views. Case in point: The 23-year-old star recently debunked speculations that she has undergone plastic surgery before.
In an exclusive interview with PEP.ph last week, Heaven shared that she’s already happy with the way she looks. “Parang di ko naman kailangan, gifted naman yata ako,” she said. Heaven also added that opting for cosmetic procedures isn’t in line with her personal values: "With my morals and values or my principles, it's against my principles.”
Although Heaven already seems set on her views, she quickly clarified that she has nothing against fellow celebrities who believe otherwise. "For other people who want or need to do that, I totally support,” she explained. “But for my own body, I feel like it's my own home, so I take care of my body.”

ICYDK, this isn't the first time that Heaven has opened up about her physical appearance. In 2022, the Pinoy Big Brother alumni posted bare-faced selfies on Instagram and wrote a lengthy caption detailing her long-standing battle with acne.
