This helps bring back your hair’s luster and thickness. You can get this from avocados, legumes, eggs, and whole grains.

7. Vitamin D

It helps with the hair growth cycle. You can get this from salmon, canned fish, shiitake mushrooms, and beef liver.

8. Zinc
