Whether you came from a long, sweaty commute or a smoky—but satisfying—lunch at a Korean resto, it's easy to feel conscious of how you smell the moment you arrive in the office. Your go-to bottle of perfume isn't the only solution when this happens (remember, perfume and body odor aren't exactly a good combo!) 

Here are other scented products you can use to freshen up: 

1. Hair mists 

It may seem like a good idea to spritz perfume on your hair to get rid of any odor (after all, scents clings pretty well to hair!), but the high alcohol content in that bottle can dry out your strands in the long run. Try hair mists that can help minimize odor while adding a bit of moisture to your tresses.

2. Scented oils 

Apply a little oil on your pulse points! Oils seep deep into the skin, so they're scent lasts on the body; it's the main reason why oils are typically layered underneath perfumes for a longer-lasting scent.

3. Scented fabric conditioner 

Don't underestimate the power of nice-smelling clothes! Rinse your garments in fabric conditioner as the final step to your laundry routine. According to Refinery 29, "clothing maintenance makes a major difference in the odors you emit."

4. Dry shampoo 

If you regularly take the bus or MRT going to work, you very well know how the commute results to not only an amoy pawis odor but even greasy tresses, and that's where a bottle of dry shampoo will come in handy. The powder formula quickly soaks up the oil buildup on your scalp and strands, and leaves a pleasant smell.
