According to dermatologist Dr. Shereene Idris, eye creams with vitamin C, green tea, aloe, and caffeine work best to battle that puffiness—but hey, if you don’t have a cream with all those ingredients as of the moment, an alternative that you can use is a tea bag! All you have to do is to take a highly caffeinated wet tea bag, place it in the fridge for five minutes, and then press it onto your upper eye-lids for a good 10 minutes. As for the rest of your face? Dr. Shereene recommends that you repeat the same process, but with a cold spoon this time. Refrigerate for five minutes, and massage all over your face for a fresh, puff-free morning!
