1. Go for a dewy finish

2. Aim for soft brows
A good rule of thumb in creating a younger makeup look is that anything that is too perfect will age you. That said, your brows shouldn't be super plakado. 3. Down with liners
Well, not really. Using a fine-tip eyeliner pen, thinly rim directly above your lashes, then draw the wing in the outer corner downwards, lifting the wing very lightly. This technique creates a doll-like effect that Japanese and Korean women love. For the lower lashline, use a beige eyeshadow to softly define the eye shape.

4. Use a satin finish blush
Use bright and pearlized blushes like carnation pink, cherry red, coral, or orchid, and apply on the apples of the cheeks for a youthful flush.

5. Contour with caution
The Kardashians have influenced us that sculpted cheeks should be the norm. While this can really define your features, doing so can age you. A young face has plump cheeks and is full of collagen. If you're conscious of you jawline, brush a matte bronzer under your jawline and chin.

6. Highlight with care
Creamy highlighters can produce a diffused glow on the skin. Dab a tiny dot of highlighter on the top of the cheeks, the tip of the nose, above your lip, and on your chin. Blend with your fingers or sponge.

7. Favor a tint
A sheer wash of color on the lips appears more youthful. Use a lip and cheek tint and finish with a gloss or moisturizing lip balm for more kissable puckers! You may also use a moisturizing lipstick in a bright hue. Blot with a tissue for it to leave a slight hint of color on the lips.
