Is Kris Aquino leaving ABS-CBN?

According to an article from PEP.ph, the high-profile Kapamilya actress had a dinner meeting with TV5 Chairman Manny V. Pangilinan (MVP) before leaving for her London vacation.

A lot of people speculate that it might have something to do with a possible network switch, as Kris reportedly did not renew her contract with ABS-CBN, which had expired on October 2013. PEP.ph reports that this information was confirmed by a "top-level executive," who added that the said meeting might just be the first out of many talks.

PEP.ph also shares that an insider from ABS-CBN revealed that they're not sure if Kris will stay onboard, either. She has been with the Kapamilya channel for nearly 17 years.
