These days, it's not enough to just put a ring on it and then walk down the aisle. More and more couples are declaring their love with prenuptial photoshoots that perfectly capture their romance and personalities. Celebrities kick it up a notch by heading to breathtaking locations, and hiring the best stylists and photographers to do the job. Here are 10 celebrity couples whose prenup photoshoots strike the right balance of unique, romantic, and memorable.

10. Victor Consunji and Maggie Wilson

Photographer: MangoRed

Victor and Maggie’s black-and-white prenup photos caused quite the ruckus when they first hit the Internet a few years ago. Both the photos and the video (by Jason Magbanua) featured the couple intertwined and in various stages of undress in a car, underwater, and in bed. It wasn’t to everyone’s taste, of course, but it made a statement and had everyone talking—which was probably the point. We give them props for originality and, ahem, boldness.

9. JC Intal and Bianca Gonzalez

Photographer: Pat Dy

JC and Bianca’s photoshoot is proof that you don’t need a lot of fanfare to show off your love. Their understated theme was a far cry from JC’s public proposal at the airport. In fact, it was as chill and laidback as it could be, with the couple just lounging around an apartment (with a pizza, too!). The simple and fuss-free concept gave the couple plenty of room to just focus on each other.

8. Jon Herrera and Patti Grandidge

Photographer: MangoRed

Jon and Patti didn’t have to go very far to shoot their prenup photos, choosing Aracama and Prive in Bonifacio Global City as their locations. The resulting photos are as laidback as the Boracay ceremony they would have later, with the couple in casual wear leaning against a bare wall or poring around brightly colored interiors. The complete set of photos from MangoRed also featured custom calligraphy by Patrick Cabral, as well as printed photo collages of the couple done by Geof Gonzales.

7. Paul Soriano and Toni Gonzaga

Photographer: Oly Ruiz of Metrophoto

Paul and Toni’s prenup shoot made full use of the chandeliers, high ceilings, and grand staircase of the National Museum to evoke a regal and glamorous vibe. It also had its fair share of controversy, as one of the photos featured Toni elbowing one of the paintings, which isn't allowed in the museum. (They clarified that the paintings used in the shoot were actually posters.) The couple also had a more casual prenup shoot with another favorite wedding shutterbug, Pat Dy.

6. Drew Arellano and Iya Villania

Photographer: MangoRed

We have yet to see a celebrity couple with a better road trip-themed prenup shoot than Drew and Iya. This adventurous duo went on a “Biyahe ni Drew at Iya” (a play on the title of Drew's travel show) for photos that are as charming and laidback as the two of them. The edited set of photos also featured swoon-worthy poetry verses, as well as artwork that mimic crisscrossing strings and pins across maps—much like a real road trip!

5. Patrick Filart and Patty Laurel

Photographer: MangoRed

It’s a burst of love and color for Patrick and Patty’s prenup shoot, inspired by India’s Holi Powder Festival. The sweet and youthful shots feature a pastel color palette filled with fun and quirky props, from a Monopoly board to a shelf stacked with music memorabilia. Then again, it’s the candid moments documented by the MangoRed team that really made us fall in love with their photos!

4. Jim Bacarro and Saab Magalona

Photographer: MangoRed

This prenup photoshoot evokes a vibe as effortlessly cool as this musical duo. No fancy dresses and quirky props here! Instead, the no-frills and mostly black-and-white shots give Jim and Saab a lot of room to showcase their fun personalities. The off-the-wall illustrations by Rob Cham also add a unique and charming touch to the already-unconventional concept.

3. Mark Escueta and Jolina Magdangal

Photographer: MangoRed

Jolina traded her signature kitschy style for a more boho-chic look as she and her future-husband, Mark, channeled their inner hippies in a picturesque trip to Batangas. Think posing by a vintage Mercedes Benz, strolling by the sea shore, and lounging casually on a picnic blanket. MangoRed’s photos also include eye-popping illustrations by Geof Gonzales to complete their sweet and colorful theme.

2. Gab Valenciano and Tricia Centenera

Photographer: MangoRed

If Gab and Tricia’s wedding video is anything to go by, then you'd already know that their prenup shots are just as grand and over-the-top. The concept featured two sides of the celebrity couple: a spunky and rough outdoor shoot complete with a motorcycle, and a softer, dramatically lit dance performance. Whether it’s the gorgeous, eye-catching shots or the memorable concept, Gab and Tricia’s prenup photos are one for the books.

1. Oyo Boy Sotto and Kristine Hermosa

Photographer: Nelwin Uy

Where do we even begin with this gorgeous photoshoot? Their concept is the perfect marriage of glamour, simplicity, and scenic getaway—whether it’s the picnic by the shore or the frolicking in the countryside. We especially love the attention to detail, from Kristine’s stunning old-Hollywood style (that wide-brimmed hat and jewelry!) to the shot of their feet in the sand, shoes casually thrown aside. Our favorite shot? Their candid barefoot stroll along the shore. So much love!
