KC Concepcion 'fesses up that she used to struggle with her shape, until she realized that her body just isn't built to be lithe or petite--and that's totally okay. "You have to accept that your genes affect the way you look or gain weight," she says. "The number one thing is to really know yourself and your body. Hindi naman porket gusto mo, mabuti sa 'yo diba (Just because you want it, it doesn't mean that it's good for you, right?)? Make the right choices."
