Maggie Wilson, 33, is unfazed by actions taken by her estranged husband Victor Consunji, 43. "I am ready to fight," declares the former actress-beauty queen.
"Illegal" Entry
On July 16, 2022, Maggie shared that she was forced to leave her residence in Taguig City, but she stood her ground. Some VCDC employees, including vice president Bernie Mendoza, and some kagawad of Barangay Bambang entered her home.
VCDC is a real estate development company owned by real estate mogul Victor, whose father owns DMCI, a real estate development company.
According to Maggie, the VCDC executive served a notice to padlock her house because it's owned by DMCI.

Maggie was abroad at the time, and it was her sister Beth Wilson who faced the VCDC team. Beth did not leave after Maggie relayed that she has a contract to lease the property.
But on the same day, the power went out at Maggie's house, which they found strange because it was the only one in the area that did not have electricity.
Still No Electricity
On July 17, 2022, Maggie shared the power situation at her house via Instagram Stories: "Power has not yet been restored after several attempts.
"Thank you to the people who helped arrange for a generator. You know who you are.
"And to one [of] my neighbors who so kindly offered to share their electricity to my sister, five-year-old cousin, and staff.
"It has been over 48 hours since our power was cut."
"Strong and Badass"
Maggie and Beth are standing their ground. Maggie says, "On principle, my sister and I refuse to be bashed around like a lot of other women in the Philippines.
"P.S. My strong, badass sister is refusing to stay in a hotel [and] get another property, and has turned down offers from our friends to stay at their places."
Maggie also shared that she had been in a three-hour meeting with her lawyer and that she's "ready to fight."
Adultery Cases
Aside from the conjugal property issue, Victor filed adultery cases against Maggie allegedly because of her relationship with entrepreneur Tim Connor.
Maggie and Tim have been charged with adultery in the Taguig Metropolitan Trial Court. With the Taguig City prosecutor, Victor filed three cases of adultery against Maggie and Tim.
On July 18, Maggie posted an excerpt from a policy brief published on the Philippine Commission on Women (PCW) website. She shared in an Instagram Story that, according to a Gabriela Women's Party's bill, adultery and concubinage are used as "bargaining suits" o strategies in support negotiations.
"In many cases, women who are faced by these threats are forced to forego legitimate custodial claims of their children, while some are forced to give up their claims over conjugal properties, assets, and the like," Maggie's Story continues. This sentence comes from an explanatory note on House Bill 4377 written by Gabriela.

Maggie's Instagram Story contains a link leading to the said policy brief entitled Eliminating Discrimination Against Women in the Revised Penal Code (RPC): Decriminalizing Adultery and Concubinage.
Could this be Maggie's response to the adultery cases filed against her and Tim? One thing remains clear: Maggie is not backing down.
