Kylie Padilla and Aljur Abrenica are engaged to be married.

This announcement was made by Kylie's talent management a day after the Philippine Entertainment Portal (PEP.ph) confirmed that the Kapuso actress is pregnant.

Kylie is now three months pregnant with her first child with Aljur.

The short but official statement, posted on Vidanes Celebrity Marketing's Instagram, read: "The Vidanes Celebrity Marketing would like to announce to the great public the engagement of Kylie Padilla and Aljur Abrenica."

Kylie also took to Instagram to express her happiness over this new chapter in her and Aljur's life.

The Encantadia actress said: "I know these past days have been rough but I can't wait for the day people get to know you like I know you. can't wait to share how it happened I'm just happy I am sharing it with you."

Kylie, 23, and Aljur, 26, first became a couple in 2011.

They broke up in 2014 following infidelity rumors that plagued their relationship.

In PEP's exclusive report, Aljur announced that he and Kylie got back together in September 2016.
