Movie hunk Chris Evans has been romantically linked to newly-single Jenny Slate, his co-star in upcoming movie "Gifted".
The funnywoman and the "Captain America" actor, who are both 34, have become close off set, according to America's Us Weekly magazine, and sources claim Jenny is now dating Chris after splitting from her filmmaker husband Dean Fleischer-Camp earlier this month.
It was apparent she's a big fan of the muscular actor when she cooed about her co-star on Anna Farris' Unqualified podcast last month, revealing she didn't quite know what to expect when she learned she'd be teaming up with Marvel's "Captain America".
"I was a little scared because I kind of felt like, 'Well, I don't know him (and) he's a giant man with huge muscles - and he's Captain America'," she said. "How could we ever connect? (But the) first night that we hung out, I was like, 'Wow, I could hang out with Chris for, like, 90 hours'."
In the joint interview, Chris appeared to reciprocate Jenny's feelings, saying, "Oddly enough, I've only known Jenny for a few months, which is insane to say because we're like the same animal."
Jenny's split from her-ex Dean has reportedly been an amicable one, with a source telling Us Weekly, "It wasn't a bad break-up."
U.S. audiences will be able to see Jenny and Chris on big screen together when Gifted, which follows the fortunes of a man attempting to raise his dead sister's daughter, hits cinemas later this year. The movie is directed by "The Amazing Spider-Man" filmmaker Marc Webb.
