When you’re in showbiz, staying fit is a challenge that’s a lot easier said than done—more so when your schedule is as jam-packed as Iza Calzado’s. Her itinerary is composed of shoots, hosting duties, rehearsals, and event guestings that she juggles on a daily basis, so one can’t help but wonder how she still manages to squeeze in some time to work out, which, as she reveals in the December 2012 issue of Women’s Health, is something she does a lot.
