Delamar Arias of Monster Radio RX 93.1 has announced that she will be leaving The Morning Rush for good.

Although the veteran DJ did not explicitly say the reason for her departure, she assured fans that it was not due to plans of migrating abroad or to another radio station.

The Morning Rush, which airs from 6:00am to 9:00am on weekdays, started in 1996. The show propelled Delamar and her partner, Chico Garcia to stardom. In 2011, the duo was joined by Gino Quillamor.

Delamar will be on air until July 29, and will be substituted by Bea Fabregas.
