We may not catch a glimpse of the Pinay singer on the teaser trailer for the Oprah Winfrey Network (OWN), but Charice's powerful vocals set the tone for the video. Her song, "Louder," is the track used for the teaser's background music, and we think the lyrics perfectly convey the message this new channel wishes to convey.
