Charice, who had admitted that she is a lesbian in June, had topped the US-based LGBT website autostraddle.com’s list of the 105 hottest lesbians from all over the globe.

“Charice has been struggling with her family since coming out a month ago, but is finding love/happiness with her girlfriend Alyssa Quijano, who sings in the female vocal group AKA Jam and was a contestant on The X Factor Philippines, where Charice was a judge on the show,” read the international singer’s description on the site. “She's currently working on her third studio album, which she says will contain a lot of cover songs and has returned to Twitter on a new handle, and her fans remain behind her. Maybe she should return to Glee and date Santana or something. OH MY GOD WHAT IF SHE RETURNED TO GLEE AND DATED SANTANA OR SOMETHING.”

When asked for her reaction, Charice can’t hide her disbelief at being proclaimed the “hottest lesbian in the world.”

“[Ano] ibig sabihin, paano nangyari 'to out of 105, di ba? Actually iniisa-isa ko pa, e, akala ko medyo nasa dulo ako, ganyan,” she was quoted as saying in an article on PEP.ph. "Ang lupet 'nun and ano, sige, mabuhay ang mga shiboli [lesbians] (How did this happen, out of 105, right? Actually, I read through every one of them, and I thought I would be at the bottom. It’s so awesome. Lesbians rock!)!”
