Anne Curtis recenly made headlines due to her reported "slapping incident" in Privé Luxury Club on November 23, Saturday.

But despite the controversy, Anne still describes 2013 as a “great year” for her.

“It ended with a bang! No... it was a great year still amid all the controversies. Definitely, 2014 is gonna be a better year. Moving on,” the actress was quoted by as saying.

And while she's looking forward to the coming year, Anne shares that she's also excited to spend Christmas with her family, as her mom, who's based in Australia, will be coming home for the holidays.

“Christmas plans... dito lang po with my family. Pero ngayon, we’re just excited na dadating si mommy para sa Christmas (Christmas plans... just here with my family. But right now, we're just excited that mommy will be coming here for Christmas.).”
