After weeks of speculation, 21-year-old actress AJ Raval confirmed that she and Aljur Abrenica, 31, are getting to know each other. In an exclusive interview with PEP, when asked about being romantically linked to Aljur, AJ said: "Yes, totoo. Hindi ako magpapakaipokrita. 'Di na ako magsisinungaling, 'di na ako magde-deny, kasi mukha lang kaming tanga kapag nag-deny kami...Well, totoo naman na nag-uusap kami."
PEP adds that when AJ previously talked about a "manliligaw" who was "boyfriend material," she was referring to Aljur. "Yes, siya. Nag-uusap kami. We understand each other. We care for each other. Pero wala pa kami sa point na may relasyon kami. Parang getting to know..."
AJ and Aljur previously worked together in the movie Nerisa, where Aljur was paired with Cindy Miranda. When the movie was first released in July, Cindy was accused of being the third party in Aljur's separation with Kylie Padilla, which she denied.
In a recent tweet, Kylie reacted to rumors that Aljur is dating other celebrities. "Guys, there is no issue," she wrote. "We separated April pa and we have already mutually agreed to date other people. Please stop dragging other parties into this. I have no intention of disclosing anymore of what happened because I want to cherish the littlest ounce of privacy I have left."
