[UPDATE: May 16, 2018 11:30 a.m.] Kelsey Merritt is one of the freshest faces in modeling. At 21 years old, this vibrant and down-to-earth woman already has a stellar resume to speak of: She has done modeling stints in New York for international makeup and clothing lines, was a Jollibee Yumbassador, is currently a San Mig light ambassadress, and is now one of the faces of international brand Victoria's Secret.

In a previous interview, Kelsey gave us a sneak peek of who she really is outside the glitz and glamor of her industry.

Her morning ritual: “I mentally…and physically prepare myself. Like, all the things I need to do, [they’ve] already been considered, so when I get to a shoot, I’m ready to give my 100%”

Her beauty secret: “This one thing saved my life. I would break out now and then, and there was this one time that I had really bad acne. So I got this deep cleansing brush–it was a life changer. It’s a bit of an investment, but it really cleanses [your skin] so I think every woman should [include] that in their skin care routine." Kelsey shares more of beauty routine here.

Her biggest challenge: “My biggest challenge now is balancing everything.”

How she de-stresses: “I love taking baths. I indulge in a good hot bath, that’s what I do.”

Her fitness regimen: “I used to play volleyball, but I’m not doing that anymore. I work out once in a while, hahaha! But I encourage it because you have to be physically fit.”

Her thoughts on being yourself: “Just be confident… Honestly, beauty radiates from within, and if you believe you’re beautiful, everyone will think that.”
