Heart Evangelista has one of the most enviable figures in showbiz: she’s slim without being skinny, and she has curves in all the right places. One more thing we envy about her is that she doesn’t subscribe to crazy get-fit schemes to maintain her body. In fact, the 28-year-old cover girl of Women's Health's August 2013 issue works through very reasonable fitness and diet routines. Read on to learn how to score her bod.

RUN: 30-40 minutes, while watching the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show for extra motivation
PLANA FORMA: 55 minutes. Each class is a combination of Yoga, Pilates, and resistance training, making you leaner, longer, and stronger.
ZUMBA: One hour. This wildly popular fitness routine combines dance and aerobics to the tune of Latin and world music that makes you feel you’re partying instead of working out.

Heart eats in moderation. “I eat normally. I just don’t overdo my carbs because that’s what gets me big.” Heart subscribes to Diet Diva, a diet delivery service. For P1,800 a day, they provide three balanced meals totaling 1,200 calories. “It’s the first time after how many years that I started to eat rice again. At first I thought, ‘Really? Is it going to make me fat?’ But I’ve been losing weight, so it’s my favorite now. It’s amazing.”

Ask her about trouble spots and Heart rolls her eyes. “My waist! I think I got it from my Spanish side. I have hips. It really bothers me because it’s my bone structure. But if you really make sure to eat right, exercise, ‘yang bone structure na ‘yan, there’s a way of tweaking it and making it look smaller.” She also jokes that she wishes she were taller. “Pero wala na talaga akong magagawa dito. Louboutin na lang (But I really can't do anything about that. I'll just stick to my Louboutins),” she says, referring to the high-end shoemaker.
