Pam and Bojo were introduced to each other by a common friend who worked in the same office as they did. Pam had no knowledge of Bojo's interest in her until they bumped into each other in the elevator one day. One of their friends mischievously blurted out that Bojo had a crush on Pam, and when Pam turned around, she saw that Bojo was blushing. He was so red that their friends teased him and had a good laugh about it.
Shortly after that incident, Pam started seeing more of Bojo--he would tag along with her and her friend during their coffee break, he sought her out during a company event, and eventually, he worked up the courage to ask her out to dinner. From then on, they began spending more time together. Amidst the everyday stress of work, Pam and Bojo got to know each other well enough to realize that they shared the same values. After five months of courtship, Pam and Bojo became a couple.
A few months after their first anniversary, Pam and Bojo were out celebrating Valentine's Day over dinner at The Peninsula Manila. Pam noticed that Bojo was becoming uneasy after the meal. When she asked him what was wrong, Bojo told her that he loved her, got down on one knee, and popped the question. Pam said yes.
Pam and Bojo channeled their romantic glam theme with elegant details in a classic palette. Their décor included lush floral arrangements and crystals, which created a luxurious feel.
Planning their wedding was time-consuming and stressful at times, which is why Pam was very grateful for their wedding coordinator, who helped them every step of the way. However, even with the coordinator around, Pam learned that most of the wedding decisions still remain up to the bride and groom. "Don't forget to have fun with the planning and incorporate details that your husband likes, too. It's not just about what you like. Think of what you're both about as a couple," she says.
Another factor that made their wedding so special was that Pam and Bojo made their affair really personal. They wrote their own vows, and even prepared a goofy dance number for the reception. In the end, their guests were not only entertained, but they were also happy to be a part of such a special event in Pam and Bojo's lives.
