Myrza and Andrej's first visit to Fattoria Voltrona in Tuscany in April 2007 was like a foreshadowing of their future together. Andrej instantly fell in love with the place and thought that it would be a nice place for a wedding. Two years later, the couple found themselves back at the Tuscan farm and inn, where they chose to tie the knot in front of their families and close friends.

The couple knew from the beginning that they wanted a simple wedding. Forty-eight guests flew in to witness their union, and romantic Tuscany was the perfect setting for Myrza and Andrej's intimate celebration.

While the breathtaking venue and the small group of guests made for a warm atmosphere at the wedding, the event was made even more special with the do-it-yourself projects the couple worked on with friends and family. Andrej designed their travel-themed invites and the logo used throughout their various wedding details. On the other hand, Myrza's friends took on coordinating and decorating duties for the ceremony and reception. The DIY projects and help from friends allowed the couple to keep their destination wedding budget-friendly, unique, warm, and most especially heartfelt.

As they were surrounded with bottles of fine wine, good company, and amazing Tuscan scenery, Myrza and Andrej indeed felt--and spread--amore on their big day.
