After more than a decade of dating, Maryrose and Jhun tied the knot in a dreamy ceremony, which was attended by their closest family and friends. The couple's city wedding featured lovely vintage-inspired details in coral and peach.

Maryrose and Jhun went through the ups and downs of adolescence together. Having met in high school, the two braved the different stages of life hand-in-hand, and they had also looked forward to a future together.
Maryrose shares, "Back in high school, I was worried that I might not have a partner to an event sponsored by my school. Coming from an all girls' school, it wasn't easy to find guy friends who may escort me to formal gatherings. Luckily, my friend suggested two of her guy friends that we've already met at a baptism. It was a pleasant surprise that Jhun became my formal partner."
Eleven years went by, and Maryrose and Jhun have been a couple for a long time. People started asking when they're going to tie the knot. Finally, on one of their dinner dates, Jhun popped the big question.
Maryrose was determined to achieve her dream wedding to Jhun. Armed with her art kit and sewing materials, she toiled day and night to create lovely wedding details for their special day. Some of here projects were the invitations, bridesmaids' shirts, and her bridal bouquet.
Apart from the lovely reception styling, the band's rendition of modern and classic love songs mesmerized the attendees. Maryrose shares, "They were very humble and timid when we were still preparing the musical line up for the reception. On the night of the affair, however, we were all blown away by their voice."
Maryrose and Jhun's special day was marked with laughter and smiles. Being hands-on in the preparations, the couple had an affair to remember. Maryrose shares, "If you want to have an intricate wedding, plan ahead. You really need to be practical in terms of budgeting money, time, and energy. But most importantly, focus on the journey towards being husband and wife."
