Janice and Jorge had a classic vintage theme brought to life by vinyl records, post cards, stamps, and customized decorations and favors. A sea of pink and white flowers greeted guests, adding a vibrant touch to their fun and quaint celebration.

Love Story

Janice and Jorge's love story started when they became office mates in Procter & Gamble some two years ago. Jorge has been visiting the country for business trips, and it is on one of those trips that he and Janice they started dating exclusively. Even though they were thousands of miles away from each other, constant communication and out-of-the-country trips kept their love burning.

After six months of what can only be called as a romantic blur, Jorge finally proposed to Janice. Without hesitation, the bride-to-be immediately said yes--and the preparations began. Janice narrates, "It was all a big blur--so much so that I only remember asking the day after if I had dreamt the whole thing."

Janice and Jorge's story is testament that love truly transcends both time and space. Although the two have been together for only a few months, they just knew immediately that they have met the one in each other.

Wedding Preparations

Janice and Jorge's wedding exuded warmth as it featured details that referenced to yesteryear. Postcards, stamps, and vinyl records were just some of the elements that laced their wedding.

The hands-on couple had some DIY projects for the big day. They lovingly crafted the place cards and escort cards used in the reception. Jorge and Janice also wrote the witty text on their invitations, which set the fun and carefree tone of the celebration. Moreover, the bride's sister helped out in styling the reception area. Vintage items and quirky pieces, which the couple also crafted, made Antonio's in Tagaytay a warm and inviting space.


Jorge and Janice's laid-back celebration was an event to remember for their families and friends. By pouring their hearts into the preparation, the couple pulled off their dream wedding.
