Love Story
Ina and Patrick started off as good friends in high school. They once planned to pull a prank on their friends, and the bond they formed as they connived unexpectedly sparked something romantic between them. The two became a couple, and two years since, they found out that they were on the family way and thought that their relationship was not as unexpected or accidental as they first thought. Through ups and downs, Ina and Patrick stayed together. "We still ended up in each others arms. [Just] like the ocean, no matter how the winds blow the waves away, it keeps coming back to the shore where it belongs," shares Ina.
Ten years into their relationship, Patrick's best friend prodded them to finally tie the knot. He promised to sponsor the rings just to get things going. Ina and Patrick just looked at each other then, and knew that it was finally time to officially start the rest of their lives together.

Wedding Preparations
Ina and Patrick's much awaited union was marked with a chic style and cheery ambiance. A yellow and gray color palette laced the special event, which brought together the couple's families. "Our wedding was about family, sumptuous food, comfy lounge areas on a garden by the sea, jazz music, love in the air, dancing, and flowing drinks," shares Ina.
Special performances filled the reception program with much fun and laughter. The event also featured personalized details, which gave warmth to their celebration. However, Ina admits that there were some things she wished she knew before the wedding. She says, "I wish I had someone to make sure all my DIY projects and other instructions [would] work the way I had imagined them. There should [have been] a stylist--we can't expect the florist and coordinator to do it all for us." Still, Ina says that while some things really don't go as planned, the best thing you can do is laugh them off and enjoy every single moment of your big day.
