Shutterbugs Gladys and Eric decided that on their wedding day, they would pay tribute to love--not just their love for each other, but their shared love for photography as well. Back in college, Gladys took a photography class and Eric accompanied her whenever she had photography assignments. Because photography was one of the things that brought them together, they wanted that to inspire their wedding.
Photography was incorporated into various wedding details. The couple chose to tie the knot at Magallanes Church partly because of its structure--the arches formed by the roof can be interpreted as the focus rings of a camera lens, tying the church in perfectly with their theme. Their wedding monogram was a stylized camera aperture, and their cake had a camera topper. Also, the table markers were printed on photos that Gladys and Eric took. The most notable of their details were their wedding rings, which resembled a camera's focus ring.
The little details charmingly emphasized the love--and shared passion--of the two shutterbugs, making their wedding a picture-perfect celebration.
