Anne and Jerwin met at the workplace when they were assigned to the same project. The project entailed long hours at the office, and the two found themselves forging a friendship as they spent time together. When their schedules permitted, Anne and Jerwin went out to dinner and movies with their friends. It was only a matter of time when the two started falling for each other, and eventually became a couple.
The couple had already started planning for their wedding even before Jerwin staged a formal proposal. Then one day, as he went to Anne's house for dinner, he asked Anne's family for her hand in marriage. After dinner, he then popped the question to Anne, who said yes.
Anne and Jerwin had a classic wedding, which was peppered with timeless details in violet and green. The couple decided to have an intimate affair as they celebrated their big day in Tagaytay.
The couple incorporated some DIY projects into their décor to personalize their event. They made their own photo wall of their prenuptial pictures, which was done in lieu of an audio-visual presentation. Anne and Jerwin realized that they already had scheduled to show three videos at the reception, and adding another one might not sit well with their wedding guests.
While Anne and Jerwin admit that planning a wedding can be stressful at times, they tell couples to learn to let go on the day of the wedding. Shares the bride, "Leave everything to your suppliers; they'll do anything so you'll have your dream wedding."
